It's so odd to hear someone from South Carolina promulgate their racism with a properly spelled coherent sentence.

great music out of Mali: one of their many qualities. Lets keep them in mind during these trying times. They deserve it :)

I saw these people on Later with Jools Holland (yes us brits do have the best TV music show) and bought this album, then I wore it out, music is so much better when you don't understand the words.

Now how about some dengue fever.

Oh, racism from a South Carolinan. That's original. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've seen abject racism on Radio Paradise forums. I hope it'll be the last.

Don't always recognize the song when it hasn't been played for awhile (even though I bought the album) but ALWAYS end up cranking it up.

Fascinating! Manu rules, and Amadou & Mariam too.

This is happy music, but cosmic.  I think the music while you're waiting for a conference call should be this album.

agreed 7 -> 8.  I actually expected this to wear out on me, but it's doing the opposite.

Saw these guys at Lolla two years ago - there wasn't a still foot in the crowd.

Amazing musicianship and 5,000 pounds of groove.

Is this a cover of the song by Las Ketchup?

It sounds much better in this funky format...

Pots and kettles...

I've seen a lot of serious intolerance and ignorance in Europe too, yes, even in Köln.

Oh, and here is a good example.

From what country-side are you...?

Rural Kansas with a single trip to Florida...?

Guess so!
