Classic TH, even though this is in the latter days of the band. Still a great song. And yes, Dave, it's David Byrne. Some of us like him quite a bit. I get that you don't. Do you need to leave so many comments on one song telling us so? Enough, man. Move on with life.

Seriously ? Because many of us grew up with DB's music and love it. DB is a very intelligent & creative guy who has NEVER written with the intention of ending up on the "nifty fifty." If it's such a pain in the arse, why not try the "nifty fifty" on your LOCAL AM ? You won't find DB there.

And maybe you should quit being an jerk and stop attacking the other posters that don't like the same things you do. Some of us come here for the music. |

Even though I like TH/DB, I think that's a valid criticism, of course you could make it about other groups; Porcupine Tree, The Doves, etc. I haven't seen Bill in his office for weeks, I hope everything is all right. Maybe they have a cottage they go to in the summer. Of course he can control things remotely, but I've noticed very few, if any, new songs added to the rotation while he's been out of the office. I think the quality of the sets does suffer when he's away. |

It is a testament to Bill's faith in his own musical tastes—and I suspect just a bit of upyers orneriness—that he keeps playing Talking Heads and David Byrne despite all the brickbats from y'all. Yes, Byrne is part visionary, part flake, but he's one hell of a musician. Give a little...

Really enjoy the music, concentrate on that if Byrne isn't your cup of tea.

Yuck, more nasty David Byrne..And why is he singing "Shut the daddy up?" WTF does that mean? I had to sit through them live once and I am still traumatized by it even though I was paid to be there :)
