I wouldn't say that it rocks, but this whole album is nice. Very relaxing.

Methinks I'm being slowly hypnotized by blandness. I mean, I did find their other "hits" (Run, Chasing Cars) catchy and oozy. This one? Maybe I've backed the wrong horse.

I agree. The only thing worse is everything else in the song. |

I loved this CD from start to finish when it came out. Still do. Too bad the rest of their albums aren't as consistant. This song is one of the 'okay' tracks.

No, this is the only album of merit (by these guys), the rest is pretty bland, pop junk. Their last album is an abomination. |

i like the strings in the song, but the tingy keyboard in the background is distracting.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Death Cab for Cutie
1 tablespoon Snow Patrol
1 slice John Mayer
1 teaspoon Conor Oberst
Directions: In glass dish, mix Death Cab with Conor Oberst and Snow Patrol, being sure to remove Gibbard's glasses before grinding into fine mist. Flavor by squeezing John Mayer until you extract his smarm. Pour putrid mess into glass and make your worst enemy drink it. Enjoy watching him writhe in painful agony before dying a merciful death.
Can you substitute 1 tablespoon Neil Young and get the same results? |

I like most of the artists in this "recipe" -- one of them quite a lot -- but that is really freakin' funny :-) |

I'm all out of Conor Oberst. May I substitute 1 1/2 teaspoons of Sufjan Stevens? |
