Until now I had only heard this song on the Original Soundtrack. This version pulled me from what I was doing to find out who was singing.

Peggy has a sweet voice that carries this version beyond the demur, taupe arrangement of the band. It's almost a lullaby compared to the power of the instruments that punch through on the original. It would be nice to hear more of her, without the velvety fog of the arrangers on this song, to see if she's got some versatility as well as power in her renderings.

I can certainly hear where O'Connor's influence for her issue Am I Not Your Girl? originates.
Good to hear the variety on the playlists, but I thought the Zeppelin follow-up would have been Kashmir.....

If this is from the album 'The Very Best of Peggy Lee', I would hate to hear anything from 'The Average of Peggy Lee'.

Great segue from Israel Kamakawiwo'ole! Not the "usual" RP fare...but then, that's one of the best things about RP!

This is awful. It may be the single worst song I've heard on RP. And the band backing her up is pure cheese. Perhaps a product of its time, but a time we have left far far behind.

Also, this is not even a little bit 'rock.'
