I can tell you that I've been to hospital's for treatment both here and there...the simple benefit of a free health service is just that...

By the way I think Gordon Brown's a tit along with his whole government, the free health service in the UK's been in place for years and for the most part it works...overcrowding and underfunding don't help but at least I don't have to re-mortgage my home to pay for a minor op.....it's FREE!
