I know this band from (dare I say it?) listening to another station. Glad to see them show up here on RP!. I recently purchased the CD. If you like this track, you'll like the whole CD.

Love this one — 10 — I've added it to my collection and always think of it as a Radio Paradise song! Because this is where I first heard it and never hear them played anywhere else. Oops, I take that back - I did hear this song first in the John Travolta /Scarlett Johansson movie " Love Song for Bobby Long". Oh man....they're not together anymore?! that makes me sad, I had hoped to catch them in concert someday. |

Was just getting ready to comment: Wow! a Vienna Teng song that doesn't suck! ...until I saw it wasn't Vienna Teng. Oh well, I guess Vienna can continue to suck. Too bad.

Indeed! I came here expecting this to be another off that album. This one isn't quite as compelling as the Driver to me though. |

I like the peaceful voice...but don't listen to the lyrics.
whats wrong with the lyrics?
So you'd sing a lullaby to get me to sleep
So it's no surprise my eyes are never heavy
For i've not seen you in the flesh for so long
That i'm not sure we would know each other at all
Oh the weight it must be light wherever you are
And i know you don't think twice wherever you are
Oh the weight it must be light wherever you are
And i know you don't think twice wherever you are
So i will hum alone, too far from you
All that i say now is nothing to you
We will lie under different stars
I am where i am and you're where you are, you're where you are.
Oh the weight it must be light wherever you are
And i know you don' t think twice wherever you are
And i'd ask if you're all right wherever you are
And do you think of me, you might, wherever you are. |
