Giving off more than a little Pink Floyd vibe.

Maybe we should give James a call and share our worries with him. |

This makes me wonder what you would say are the accurately rated CDs of the past decade? It's all changed since the days when there were consensuses (or is it consensi? sp?). Music is getting more and more fragmented all the time. The old rock critic establishment is dead and gone (good riddance). Now, we can all be critics. Vote with your pocket book. Buy the CD. Heard the first few bars & thought immediately, Simon & Garfunkel. Instead the Shins. next > |

Typical "Wincing" song. These songs just make you feel like they had unused potential. They're not as good as previous Shins.

Me, cause I love the Shins and mailing from holland is cheaper to austria ...not to mention the ecological disadvantage of airmailing transatlantic...(sorry Jamunca ;P)
So if anyone has more than my emotional, economic AND ecologic reasoning he deserves the CD more i guess!

It's one of the many things that makes RP such a special radio station and why I contribute monthly (or did until I lost my job). Bill will also unearth the ONLY gem from an obscure album & fire it up for our listening pleasure |
