Only if you smack your head against your old RCA console TV two or three times. . . otherwise AF bears little resemblance to a made up band. . .

Well, geez - I've never heard this before, but it's good. Sorta Chris Isaac-meets-Beat-Farmers. Um, and why is there nothing by Beat Farmers here?

Sorry - I'm easily distracted lately. Too many things I've lost track of in my efforts to keep a paycheck coming in, and now that I'm a slacker (living on unemployment until I get full-time employment at H&R Block in January), I'm trying to get caught up on all the stuff I've missed.

Um - yanking things back to the topic - I love this song. Arcade Fire has good and bad songs, and this is a good one.

If some night I don’t come home,
Please don’t think I’ve left you alone.
The same place animals go when they die,
You can’t climb across a mountain so high.

Funny, I thought (cuz I'm a dork) that this was some old 80's song. Anyhow, I looked it all up and, yeah, it's from the last decade.

In any case, I love the song and for you other fans, there is a cover by the foo fighters floating around in the interwebtubes. :)
