Don't tune away, just hit the mute button and come back in 5 minutes. With the eclectic music range on RP, there will always be songs which you just can't stand (for example, Van Morrison's just come on which is an insta-mute for me).

LOL {#Yes} Exactly!  There is always the PSD (Play something different) button too.  Stop complaining and making negative comments people - EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT!  Thank goodness {#Biggrin}

Does anyone hear a regular sound in the background that sounds remarkably like a phone on VIBRATE mode on the table?

I had to take my headphones of 3 times to check.

This song is really gaining on me. I gave it 7 on my last listen, but tonight I'm leaning toward promoting it to an 8. Has my feet moving! Txs Bill!

Ok! That's what I need in this moment! Alice Russel and a glass of red wine! Good song, a 7 for me

A fun tune for the end of the work week. RP does it again.

Nevertheless,  nice tune.

It does have that two-chord "shuffle" structure, but I don't hear much other similarity - seems like different tempo and chords.  That's a great tune, though.  I like this one as well.

so this is always the moment when I tune away from Radio Paradise. It is the sole one song played here that makes my physically ill. That totally annoying organ intro, lousy voice is just driving me up the walls.

Listening to this song for the first time, and liking it. Reading the posts while listening, reading your post just as the xylophone solo is performed, and smiling at the coincidence of it as I agreed.

Try "Munkaroo" then. Only a dead person couldn't groove to that one.

As a matter of fact, I heard this while getting my root canal the other day.

It didn't help.

Alice is great. There are even better tunes than this on her discs, I highly recommend Pot of Gold and My Favourite Letters. This lady teaches a lesson in true artistic interpretation of Soul to our friend Amy Winehouse.
