Well, it doesn't sound like a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Nice. Apparently, that's what they used to be called. They shortened it to 'Eisley' just in case Lucas decided to sue.

I enjoy the combination of the chorus and the falsetto in the refrain {#Cowboy}

Love the song, the band, but not the label. The youtube video in Mari's post has been taken down by their record label for some stupid reason. That video is linked on the band's site (www.eisley.com) on the front page but it is just as broken as Mari's link. I hope Eisley learns their lesson and ditches their label. These guys are a touring band that could use all the exposure they can get.

Eisley split with Warner Bros. Records in February and are looking for a new label to release their third LP later this year.

They do look rather young, don't they?

Of course, it also happens that with each new year, people around me keep looking younger and younger all the time....{#Think}

This is BAD, Speaers-esque melody and vocals, but good Amos-like exestential lyrics.

So I guess I'm confused. But I KNOW I don't like it.

sure you know what you (don´t) like..?

I get chills every time I hear this. Memories associated with it, and being able to see them perform it live backstage was amazing. *sigh* :)

I don't understand how someone can't like this song.

They show promise. Another song on this CD “If you’re wondering” is better crafted, but perhaps not as “cool” as this one. They are young kids, worth keeping and eye, and ear on.
