Ian Dury had a song with the same name and the same sentiments, but MUCH better lyrics. As you'd exect.

Well that was a fun little jam. Not sure why so many dislike it as much as they do.

It's out of order to slag off posters on their ratings, not least because the tables can so easily be turned - people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Plus if folk come to think that they're going to be judged by their ratings then they'll be less free in their ratings, and that'll have an effect on RP because Bill & Becky use ratings as one guide to what music to play. Taste is subjective, and no person's subjective musical tastes are any better or worse than another's. A bleedin' obvious statement, I know, but one that plainly needs restating, it seems. |

I had the same reaction - it's the muted, repetative trumpet that gets on my nerves. ziakut wrote:Kinda like the recurring melody...but it's also a bit annoying. How's that for conflict?

For the longest time I thought this was a cover of U2's God part II
I do like it a lot.

I would like this song quite a lot, played once or twice a year. Absence would make my heart grow fonder—let's try absence for a while.
