You guys are full of good cheer and an all around glass half full attitude! |

The oo-ah at the end is a bit Mungo Jerry. Great rockin' number otherwise, though, from a band not known for its rockiness. 8 from the Nottingham jury.

If I lose my computer, I'll lose this music, and I won't go quietly. I have options. To anyone reading this post - don't take your computers for granted. Save music. Hoard it. Be willing to share it with anyone who wants it, because the time will probably come when computer access will be at a premium (well, it sorta is already.) I'm saving every piece of music I can glom onto, and if the time ever comes when we have to leave our homes and go underground, you can bet your ass I'll have a truckload of batteries, an MP3 player, a good set of headphones, and all the music I can get.

I'll just bring one acoustic guitar and a lot of strings. |

For me the joy of Travis was always Fran Healy's voice over some nice tunes. On this track his voice is nondescript. Anyone could be singing this quite ordinary tune.

Holy crap! Is your town under imminent siege by militant neo-Luddites or are you just overly fond of dystopian scenarios? Surely, the community in which you've chosen to live isn't THAT freaky, is it? I mean, if someone really wants to take my gear, they'll have to pry it from my cold, dead fingers. But frankly, I'd move the heck out before it came to that. Not judging, just...sort of...curious...
