I'm not familiar with the artist, but I think she did a bang-up job of capturing the spirit of the original without merely duplicating it. And that is one of my favorite ELO songs.

It started out like "Woah Mr Blue Sky, a cover, by Lily of all, could be interestin" I don't mind Lily Allen, with the accent, bratitude or whatever people go on about, she's allright. The Bleeping production got a bit too much after a while though. Soo, it's a 6 for now.

I hate Lily Allen and the bloody way she speaks. If there's one accent and speech I hate, it's hers.

Yes, her dad is an actor (Keith allen) and has made some music with his celeb pals from Blur. He's mates with quite a lot of musicians and this is the only reason she is doing what she does. Forget that myspace phenomonen crap. Spoilt little rich girl who pretends she's from the street etc. Not even worth voting for, awful. |

I give her credit for putting a new spin on a classic song, but the new treatment doth not sit well with me.
A 2 if ever there was one, er, two. |

I heard the opening of the song and thought, "wow, someone's ripping off of Mr. Blue Sky..." Turns out it's not a rip-off, just a mediocre cover. Ah well.
