Yep, see their Wikipedia entry. As they're from Barcelona, are they singing in Catalan, does anyone know? I know a little Spanish and it doesn't sound like they're singing in Castilian. Nice sound, whatever the language - 8 from the Nottingham jury.

It's you. The vast majority of songs played on here are English language, with a nice sprinkling of non-English numbers (what some ethnocentric folk label 'world music'). Personally I'd like to see more 'foreign' tracks played on RP.

Ojos de Bruja: Cactus Festival Brugge July 2007

I travelled from Brugge in Belgium to Swansea(Wales) to celebrate my mother's 85th(& my 59th) Birthday & to collect my 'new' DSLR bought on eBay:
The following weekend it was the CACTUS Festival in Brugge; a Festival that I have been associated with for about 20 years
CACTUS has recently been voted BEST Small Festival in Europe
I had a PRESS pass but was still coming to grips with the camera:
Imagine my delight with this shot early on the third day

Made me think of Basia - she used to sing for Matt Bianco back in the '80s.

Good memories of being stationed in West Germany (as they called it then!)

Thanks Bill!

Nah, that's Sasha Grey on the cover. {#Shifty}
Like the music though, and the ongoing body part cover theme.

I was totally not paying attention to the head:shoulder ratio.

And so far I'm lukewarm on this.  I think some Ozzy Osbourne would be a nice segue.

Agree re: late on the bandwagon. Don't remember where I found OdB; I was enamored early but the flower faded.

Nice to hear some Ojos de Brujo on RP!
It's also nice to think that I feel that RP is a bit "late" here, so I can pretend that I'm not that old and out-of-touch yet (insofar as that matters at all)
OdB swept the festivals in Europe about 5-7 years ago. They're a great band to see live, but personally I got a little bit bored with their music after the first few CD's.
