I agree totally except an essential word you missed: IRRITATING.

This is one of my most hated irritating songs (even more so than Purple Rain)

70s were mostly a golden age for music -this is just apalling.

This is one of those songs I have a hard time rating... the song deserves an 8, but I don't want it played that often so I at least knock it down to a 7, if not a 6.  Hey Bill, how about a two variable rating system?

Actually saw this band live when they toured with the album. It was an energetic show and a lot of fun. Isn't that what music is all about?
