Agree.  'Beat' is often morphed into rhythm for many people, observed among the folk I know. For me the pulse is the (heart)beat and the rhythm covers the feel, the instrumentation, the layering and the overall effect, long before I try to get the lyrics, if there are any. Enjoy. |
