Nice introduction to Cuban music. Watch more Dexter when it comes back on for a nicer flavor of MIami Ciban Music

I gave it a 5 — it's a 6 for the first 2 minutes or so but then it starts getting on my nerves.

Same here: it's just too long and loses it's impact.

Noodle, noodle, wibble, snore... {#Sleep}

Some musical fusions, such as Salsa Celtica, add another dimension or two to the component styles. This group take at least one dimension away from Cuban music, namely excitement. A nailed-on Ho-Hum from the Nottingham jury.

The first love, is self love.  We are all self centered.  If you can imagine sitting in a cabana somewhere sunny, enjoying a frosty beverage, watching the birds.  Really just appreciating the heat of the day and the cool of the shade.

Makes me want to spend some time in Havana.

Sounds lovely.

Sounds like what you'd hear in a cartoon when someone falls down the stairs

I'm not sure what sort of cartoons you watch, but in most that I've seen, the "falling-down-stairs" scenes have always been accompanied by the sound of a single slide whistle.

Uh-huh. So only a hater, who has hate built into his/her genes and is therefore always going to hate, yea even the masterpieces of musical culture, could hate this song. Anyone rational and positive has to love it, right? Kinda self-centred, arncha?

Well, 'haters' like me need a special rating for songs that combine extreme tedium with extreme irritation. Or maybe scratch the ratings, just hit mute. Ah, yes, that's so much better.

This reminds me a bit of the Baja Marimba Band - in a good way.  Smooth and very danceable. And the xylophone just adds a touch of calypso that makes me smile. I like this song.{#Daisy}

Every other song from this CD has stopped me in my tracks. This one, not so much.
