Bands and songwriters don't get any better than Wilco & Jeff Tweedy. One-of-a-kind and hands down one of the best. Great little ditty this one is.

This is the best of the newer Wilco songs, IMO. Love the organ.

We saw Wilco at the Forecastle Festival in Louisville in mid-July. They rocked the stage. You're lucky you had front row seats! Can't wait to see them at the Greek this Friday - Woo Hoo! |

Not really feeling it on this listen but I said that about a few other tracks off this album and I was wrong so I won't get too carried away this time.

Knoffler, Gabriel, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, and (unfortunately) The Talking Heads. |

7 I so get that! Like the energy in this! Might have to adopt this as my new anthem as I enter this season as manager of the Rabbid Rabbits Baseball Club. ("you won't set the kids on fire, but I might") Haha! |

This album is really growing on me too. It's probably their best since Ghost.
OTOH, seeing them live last month was a real disappointment. Nels is always good, but the whole band seemed disinterested. Maybe it was just an off night.

Had the pleasure of seeing this performed live at Solid Sound in May. Nels Cline ... what can I say, 1 of Rolling Stones top 100 rock guitarists, this track is a good example. 7/8 |
