I usually like Joan (saw her live once, and have tremendous respect for her vocal abilities), but this is just too yodel-ly.

Sweaty and glorious.  It is one of those rare cases where the lyrics are so powerful that they seem to reach up and create the music out of angst and fervor.  Glorious.

I came to say that that has to be the absolute worst opening to a song I have ever heard...and it continues.
And I see that I have been here to say similar before...

Good tune, when you think about its paternity story.

Why does it say "4. is acceptable". 4. is unacceptable. Did she run out of words?

I like about 80% of this song.  The problem is, the 20% I'm not fond of is simultaneous with the 80%.  Does this always happen with Joan's songs?

This is great.   Not the Florida part, though.

Wow, powerful song. I know someone who met their birth father and left them behind as well. This may or may not be autobiographical for Joan, I do not know.

Certainly, let me be the first to comment.  Only caught the end but sounds nice.  Gave it a 7.
