i feel that as i get older, it's harder and harder for my attention to be caught.  these guys always seem to do it, though.

Seen them twice in 2012 London and Paris - great band live and proof that theres good innovative music out there ;

I've had enough of radio stations that wallow in 1980s songs (and usually the same songs everyday!)

Just discovered RP recently and sticking with it;-)

I like the band and tune, but I can't help seeing this image of Bert when I hear the lead singer...

 They opened for Radiohead here in Denver and at least part of the 2012 tour.

Yes, it was very like the beginning of How To Disappear Completely I think.

I thought it was going to be somebody's cover of the Radiohead song at first.

I saw them live in Utrecht, the Netherlands. As we entered the venue, the few people there were all sitting on the ground, talking and waiting. We took it as a bad sign, but boy... were we wrong! The venue eventually filled up and Other Lives took us all by surprise. Their vocals are absolutely on par, if not better, live, but what I liked most is that these guys/gal manage to produce an orchestral sound with just 5 musicians. All of them play multiple instruments; most impressive was the bass/keys guy. He played both... simultaneously!

Definitely a concert worth remembering. They must have loved the experience too, seeing as one week later they were back in Utrecht, hanging out in a café. {#Cheers}

Good description. Makes me want to check them out live.

Have loved "other lives" for a while now — this song from their newest album is a stand out (whole thing is great in one, sweeping listening)

This is a song I play during one of my longer runs — it really helps to keep a steady pace and of course, great for the ears {#Dancingbanana_2}

This is nice.  Never heard of them, of course nobody gets much press in OKC beside the Flaming Lips and country/blue grass acts.

That's odd: especially since these guys are apparently from near you - based out of Stillwater, OK.
