Just plain BAD!  It's like a really bad new wave 80's tune, which would actually make it slightly better if it actually was from the 80's, perhaps justifiable, but alas it's 2013 (ahem 2012 per the release date).

My favorite Cartman song is Come Sail Away.

Yeah, that works for me as a description of this song. Catchy. I wonder whether I'll grow to really like it or really hate it after a few more listens. I doubt that I'll sit on the fence for long.

Well, out of her dozens of AMAZING songs, this is the least of them!  Oy vey. Truly, as a long time fan this is one of my least favorite tracks of hers of all time!

Dull, dull, dull, dull, dull. One of the least imaginative songs I've heard for a long time. One person's 'catchy' is another person's 'irritating'.

it's kinda catchy... definitely different for this place.  I'll vote it up just for the courage it takes to play it. 'might change my reason after i hear it some more.

btw.. that J.I song coming next sounds like a ga-jillion other indie alt country wannabe's i've ever heard. ..except for that metronome. hmm yes, that does make it exceptional. i see what you mean. ( {#Eek} )

RP could use more diversity but unfortunately the majority of its listeners seem very rockist and stop it from being "a blend of many styles and genres of music", as described on the homepage. Oh, and speaking of Poker Face: it actually is in the RP library.

Really? I have plenty of fun in my life thanks. For decent hooks and talent and catchyness from a relatively unknown artist, the next on the playlist illustrates that perfectly (well, as long as Bill does not change it, it is Jason Isbell up next).

I rated this a 2 and the latter a 9. . . because one is bland and the other inspired.

I really don't think the RP listenership is overly 'Rockist' either. But, hey, each to their own.

Nice to hear some new stuff from Butterfly. I really liked some of the cuts from her first album, Another White Dash and I Can't Make Me. Very well written pop songs with some interesting instrumentation and melodies. There's some good YouTube videos of her performing and Sarah Mclachlan backing her up.

It is mercifully short. I wish it were shorter, around 10 - 15 seconds. Its like a watching a toddler use a Tiffany lampshade as a hat. Impossibly adorable, but disastrous if it continues.

Wow!  Great.  Love their use of the baritone Cloaca for the counterpoint ... don't hear that instrument too often.
