Great session bassist Jerry Scheff provides the strong bottom end on this song. He was invited by the Doors to play on this album and they were so happy with his work they offered him a permanent position with the band but Jim Morrison went off to Paris and died and that was that. So Jerry took the gig with Elvis and the TCB band...but then Elvis went and died too. Man.... Jerry, you had some bad luck but you still remain one bad ass bass player.
