Welcome to RadioParadise, Germaniza!  I love this picture - he's very gifted with music and words, and you're gifted with a camera! I hope you'll stay and post, and continue to provide the beautiful photos.  And thanks to Calypsus_1, yet again, for providing a visual for the music.

Dang, I love it here...{#Sunny}

  Hopefully that's not the case, for you or anyone else for that matter.  On the other hand, you are listening to RP, so there is hope.

Roger Hodgson in Nuremberg by *Germaniza

This is the reason why I actually travelled to Nuremberg ;) My all-time favourite musician, Roger Hodgson. It was a once in a lifetime trip - with very special memories... Roger gave me a once-in-a-lifetime birthday present.

Ahhh.... the memories this song brings. East Anglia in the summer. Cycling the English countryside. 1977 was a very good year.

This album cover always makes me think of the Beatles in Help! singing in the Alps.

Wow!  Haven't heard this in a very, very long time (no, I didn't hear it the last time it was on RP; I'm talking years since I've heard it).  Bill, thanks for the trip down memory lane.

One of the most memorable & beautiful segues ever. Fabulous Bill, you made my crappy monday wonderful.

My thoughts exactly.  What an amazing transition.  For a moment I thought this was a new version of the previous Air track with sampling from Even in the Quietest Moments.  This tapped into a good place for me on a beautiful Friday monrning.

American language?
Segue is an Italian word.
Segway is the right American response!

Thanks for sharing this "snapshot" from your life.  One of the best things about access to music in modern times is the way certain songs cue our memories.

I imagine that before recorded and broadcast music were possible...people rarely had such connections.  We sre fortunate to live in a time where music truly can be the soundtrack for our lives...as corny as that sounds.

Man...my soundtrack is one weird collection of tunes...cherished nonetheless.

Fantastic segue from 'Air - Alone in Kyoto'.  Good work, Mr. DJ.

I was on the sidewalk on hot summer day in the eighties when a Camaro driving by with its roof open and clean speakers opened up with the intro of this song: a moment of bliss. One of those moments that returns from hearing an old song.  Thanks for bringing me back to college.

I love the waves on the seashore and the chirruping tweeters at the start of this number, and wished they'd continued for longer as the intro was worth a 10 on its own. It went rather downhill from there. 6 from the Nottingham jury.
