"Nanananananananaw" in lieu of actual lyrics is still very disturbing and child-like to me after all of these years. How about a contemporary of those times like The Stooges instead?? My rating should have read "1"

Yet you gave Sigur Rós - Untitled Track 8 a 6; a "Pretty Good" for a song that is entirely gibberish.

I'm not even gonna analyze this.  I don't care about Brian's mental issues, or Dennis's death.  Yeah, I'm aware of that, but holy crap.  When I turn this one up, I just fall into a vibe I can't even explain.  I'm currently filling out an application for a job that might actually pay some money and provide benefits, should I sell myself sufficiently.  And here's the Beach Boys, reminding me that life is a beach.

I'll take it.  Thanks, Bill and Rebecca.  If I don't get the job, I won't blame it on anything other than the fact that I must have put something far too fun and relaxing on my application, so the prospective employers might think I'm a slacker/stoner/schitzophrenic (the three "S's"?)

I love this song.  Bought the album about a million years ago, and it still holds a sacred place in my record collection.

I listen to RP 8-to-5 five days a week and often on the weekends, too.  Haven't heard this in months.  So which song are you referring to?

I find it interesting how quiet this song gets just before the finale section. Very unusual for a hit pop song.

I'm listening on my laptop at the city pool right now. The kids are in swimming lessons and it's a beautiful day. I'm feeling those good vibrations!

seeing the word genius used so many times on the one page gives me the creeps a bit. I'm not sure why.I guess I just contributed to the creepiness...sorry!

That would be NO deejays capable of running 24/7. Why anyone would be surprised that RP rebroadcasts some play sets is beyond me.

Bill is right. You have to love a song that has that much theremin in it.

although I never really "got" Pet Sounds like some of the critics have, I think this (and "Heroes and Villains") are genius. Reputedly inspired The Beatles to make Seargent Pepper
