I wondered who played that amazing guitar.   Yes it makes the song.

No she's not in tune. She is usually a little bit out in just about everything she does, but some people don't mind that.

Yes, some people don't believe in just "coloring within the lines".  She's well enough on key - it's not opera.

I'm not a fan, but this is a song I could like if I had to pick one of hers. Her off-key singing was *painfully* obvious when she did that "Dolphin(?)" duet some time ago with the male singer who could carry a tune. Let alone the "ha" added to the beginning of nearly every syllable.

She's in tune just enough for her style, which I appreciate in carefully measured amounts, which we get from Bill, thankfully. So there. :-)

Very nice transition from Stephen Marley's "Inna Da Red".  It's a Ben Harper twin-spin!

Would that be a dog " Greyhound"? A Grayhouse is a non-moving item which the dog might sleep in or something.

Some fun with the "Google Lyrics Search" link:

First link in the search goes to LyricsFreak, which has such hilarious gems as:

"Somewhere sing along was through the wrong my whole day"
...
"It's harder to hide when you're itching your eye,"

I was puzzled trying to parse the former and pretty sure the latter was incorrect. And indeed, other sites have

"Some may sing the wrong words to the wrong melody"
...
"It's harder to hide when you're hitching a ride"

which are more plausible though not nearly as inventive or amusing.

Maybe the first CD I bought after hearing a single I liked on RP—this was some time ago.

"Searching For the Wrong-Eyed Jesus" is also a great music-driven documentary.  (Jim White—one of my favorites.)

OK, RP is now intruding on my life.  I keep meaning to leave my home office to go do other things, but can't tear myself away from Bill's night time programming.  Gets me most nights lately.  I clearly need more ubiquitous technology in my house, but until that time, I will be held hostage, I suppose.

Oh, and because of that, I had to up this from an 8 to a 9.
