Just listen to the music... let it stand on its own merits ... then rate it. Forget about the tv series.

But then again I was never a Twin Peaks fan.
Maybe if I had been/was/am????? I would rate differently.

Doughnuts for me.  Whenever you saw doughnuts in Twin Peaks, something good was about to happen.  Fire, bad.   Go ahead, roll your eyes, I'm a geek.

Yes, if you had been a fan, you would most definitely rate this a 10.

Gets a big 10 from me!

Wat-da-f...?!

As impenetrable as an episode from TP itself.  What a great series that was: one of the TV experiences of all time!

The name of the tune sums up the TV Series - It started at the top of the mountain and then fell of a cliff. But man... those first few episodes were Great!

I've never seen a TV series start out so strong and then get so bad so quickly. Nevertheless, this song was and is great. Perfect for the mood of the show.

It doesn't get any better than the episode with Coop administering the quote from the book of the dead.

And when Heather Graham appeared, I knew it was over.

Funny how the music can be the most loved memory of something like this.  I'll always cherish memories of sitting on the couch with my girlfriend while the opening credits roll.

I remember the show, I remember the music... but I never realized until just now how much the opening of this sounds like "Fool to Cry" by the Stones...

I feel as though the show wasn't nearly as good as the movie, simply because Mr. Lynch couldn't do all he wanted in the show.  If he was allowed to do whatever he had wished it would have been soooooooo much better.

Sheriff Truman: Lucy… you better bring Agent Cooper up to date.
Lucy Moran: Leo Johnson was shot, Jacques Renault was strangled, the mill burned, Shelly and Pete got smoke inhalation, Catherine and Josie are missing, Nadine is in a coma from taking sleeping pills.
Dale Cooper: How long have I been out?
