Very FLIMsy.
I previously gave this a three. Don't know what I was thinking.
I now retract and give a solid one.

This is bad, plus it is a travesty.

drums do not cut it in regards to the original which is a driving factor of the song.  weak attempt.

Same for me - loved the song, but not so much the rest of the album.

Bought the track though - my first single-song purchase.

That was quite enjoyable even if I am not familiar with these artists.

why is it I get the feeling that these are jazz musicians playing drum and bass electronica? oh...'cause it is jazz musicians doing drum and bass.

Love this catchy lil tune.  The Aphex Twin version is fun, too.

This is absolutely awful. It sounds like the engineer mixed up the drums track from another (unimaginable) recording session.

Too expert for me, obviously.  What a f***ing mess.

pretty bad

The original Aphex Twin track is based around a Drum N' Bass beat. If you listen to the original, you'd understand the reason for the frenetic drumming.

Aphex Twin did write the original. This is a cover and a pretty fine one at that. In a world of rehashed and regurgitated art done in an inferior manner, it's nice to hear an artist take another artist's song and make it their own.
