Got it today. Dropped off my daughter at the airport and will listen to the disc while driving around the city (CD shopping). Then I'll pop the bonus disc in on my 1.5hrs drive back home.

Cool, 2 in.

The second disc I'll discuss now a little bit as it is not the main attraction. Last go round, fuzzy mentioned that he did a lot of driving and I mentioned that I had a 3 hour mix I made up for my last trip to the Outer Banks and that he would be most interested in giving it a listen. So I finally found it and burned it along with an mp3 version of my 3rd RPMCC disc which was all live music. I not sure if any of our current members ever received it and for some reason, I simply fell apart back then and never even posted the playlist or anything else about it.

So in an effort of getting the most for the postage dollar, I tossed them in and figured I might as well share them with everyone. There is no playlist for that one. Its one giant 3 hour and 22 minute mp3 mix composed of remasters from hippie and me put together, crossfaded an all. It plays as a single track so there is no skipping to the next song in case you might hear a track that doesn't float your boat. It does require some periodic adjusting of the volume as some were never good enough for public consumption. But what the hell. So if your car player doesn't do mp3 discs, throw it on your ipod or whatever and give it a listen. Best listened to while boogying down the freeway in the wee hours of the night. But that's just me.

Cheers for now !

Sorry for the delay. Life got nutso at the wrong time.

Finishing up. Finally found the extra stuff I was looking for to include with this turn.

Should be in the mail this afternoon.

Got mine yesterday (Saturday) and just listened to the 1st Disc.

Don't want to give the theme away, so I won't say anything at the moment except that I enjoyed your mixture greatly as usual. Bravo! {#Cheers}

I just popped it in for another listen. I played it a lot not long ago. Admittedly not the kind of music i listen to often, but i love this for a reason i'm still trying to articulate. Simplicity and purity is all i can come up with. Some of it conjures up memories of A&E's production of Pride & Prejudice . And hell, when my head is full of rock & roll, it needs to be aired out now and then and this CD fits the bill to perfection.

Well done. And i love the pic at the very top. The lady appears enraptured.

Couldn't add much more to that myself. It will be a go to CD for me, too, whenever I need a good mental flossing.

As some of you already know...I like to dance. This mix is a collection of some of my favorite music from some of my favorite bands for one of my favorite dances: the waltz.

The waltz is one of the simplest dances there are, and the music tends to be spare and elegant. It also tends to be heartbreakingly beautiful. This collection is all music I have personally danced to, on CDs I bought from the musicians themselves.

Covers are in slightly odd order due to the layout in the software I used.

Yes loved it, even took the wife for a twirl or two! Also seriously, tremendous artwork looks better than commercially produced! {#Cheers} {#Clap}

Tried to post the album art but I don't have the software I need on the laptop and I'm out of town. I'll get it done this weekend.

I put it on (again) yesterday. Wasn't in the mood for anything I had or could easily find.
The silence of the day was deafening.

This was the perfect thing to listen to to break the mid morning silence.
Was gonna burn my Dad a copy. He would've really liked this.

took the time to relax with a glass of Cognac and gave this a good listen...closed my eyes and drifted off to the London Season pretending to be aristocratic... Where is my butler?
