Guys, I'm telling ya, watch Didi Gregorius. He came in today at .338. (He's a 23 year-old rookie.) Dbacks got rid of Upton to get him.

Details? I like to see the Phillies get schooled after Hamels drilled Harper on purpose,then Harper stole home on him.

Qualifier-I do own Hamels in the RP League,so I don't wish any hate on him unless I trade him.

Gregorius caught in a non-force hot-box between third and home. Catcher has the ball to prevent the run. Gregorius keeps drawing the catcher (with the ball) up the line staying just out of his reach, until he sees his guy make second, then WHAM! dives at third base and touches the bag before the tag from the third basemen. SAFE! The Phillies looked like they didn't even know what happened. They were all checking their zippers.... {#Bananasplit}

Anyone see the the Didi Gregorius (Dbacks vs Phillies) play when he was caught between home and third, runner coming up to second from first, and schooled the Phillies in schoolyard ball? I have never seen it happen, and have never even heard of of it happening. WOW!

the Phillies had a sponsorship with NY Life. anytime someone slide into 2nd or 3rd or home base, the announcer would say "He's safe! Safe and Secure with NY LIfe"

You know I don't think we had to pay them anything. I think that umps in general enjoy doing that kind of shit from time to time just because they can. At least that's been my observation.

I guess any umps that do a Cubs game are honorable,humble people who figure any relief pitcher is going to throw the ball 5 inches outside.

Got to call it a strike sometimes.Too much Marmol exposure IMO.

Wow.How much did the Cubs pay the ump for those calls?The douchbag ump tossed Suzuki for saying something about a strike that was at least 5 inches off the plate.

Two in row! Be still my heart. And may I say it was awfully sporting of Davey to take out Gonzalez and give us a fighting chance

In the same vein,what I hate is the loud,obnoxious,blaring music they play before the go to commercial break.
