Hopefully that'll be fixed this afternoon after we get back from Bryant Park.

Sorry you're waking to tech probs, but happy to see there's a place where they're being reported. My List stuck at 4:53 PDT on both banner and page refresh. Still down as of 06:28.

Change Playlist date and time still does not work. It sez something about "You cannot access this file directly." Any chance we will get it back :?:

Something is wrong with the LRC. What is playing is not in sync whith what the site says is playing. I imagine it's screwing up the votes.

It's all very odd. One day, the 128K firewall was the only way to stream. Then, the URL didn't work and Winamp played a blank "Demo".

I tried the 128k MP3 non-firewall and MediaPlayer opened and worked really nicely. Then, about two weeks later, I get the error message--which continues to this day.

But at least I can listen using the firewall stream, but with the squeaks I mentioned before.

Nothing changed on my end.

It's all too weird.

Sigh.

Ouch!
Maybe it is something to do with the site, I couldn't say for sure and won't claim to be a computer expert. Pretty weird the same thing's happening to both of us, I was just assuming it had to do with me installing Winamp.
I likely won't mess with it untill Saturday , but I do think you can go into shoutcast.com and get to RP - maybe you can get a better feed that way.

I just installed Winamp at home a coupla days ago - wanted to get away from MediaPlayer there - now I'm getting the same type of message you are - I have a feeling it is a conflict on my computer that has nothing to do with RP. You may be in the same boat. Haven't troubleshot it yet but once I do I'll report back.

I do have to say, I have not encountered one single problem with the 128K Winamp non-firewall stream that I have at work. I would try disabling the firewall for RP if possible.
Luck!

Bill--

This has been going on for some time, but I STILL can't connect using MediaPlayer. I get this:

Windows Media Player Error Message Help

You've encountered error message C00D1197 while
using Windows Media Player. The following
information might help you troubleshoot the issue.

Luckily, I can stream using the 128K firewall connection, which plays on WinAmp. The sound, though, has constant squeaky dropouts and is inferior to the MediaPlayer stream.

What up?
