It's 90 degrees and nasty humid, yet Pops wants hot and sour soup.He hates air conditioning(apparently it's for wimps) and will nuke it until it's bubbling and not even break a sweat.Me-I'm drinking ice water and sweating.

I'm going to have a turkey sub that I'm going to load up with stuff from the salad bar.

Debating between oatmeal or Marie Callender's chicken parmigiana.

It looks like my sleep plan is borked since it looks a Pops hydration watch night,I guess it depends on how many beers I have. I highly recommend Pilsner Urquell.

Its a shame I can't add celery, onion or pepper to it as I am allergic to those things. I added extra garlic to make up for the lack of onion though, I marinated the meat in beer overnight in the fridge and then browned it first in a cast iron pan.

The slow cooker has 4 days worth of Beef Spew festering away for 8 hours. Contains red potatoes, 4 colors of bell pepper, those stick shaped orange things that wabbits like, bella schrooms, fresh parsley, beef broth and of course spew meat. And some spices. Smells great!
