justin vintage red suede cowboy boots. they don't make them anymore. i'm going to wear these until i'm dead. haven't had to resole them or get the heels redone yet and i've had them since 2007. i wear them all seasons with everything (almost). i just love them.

Those sling backs will look PERFECT with cigarette pants. In college, black satin cigarette pants were one of my reliable go-to options for formal events. Add a vintage smoking jacket or vintage kimono top and it was easy, effortless, and looked like nobody else. Also, I didn't have to worry about sitting like a lady!

So an in look in the UK is Mary Janes or sling backs with cigarette pants/smart cropped trousers which is good for me for work although not til it warms up a bit!
