When she was younger, Trixie also drew the artwork that graces the cover of this disc.

Judging from her music so far, she is definitely following in her father's footsteps. Her first full solo CD is coming out this year.

Love it when someone takes the tired blues trad and does something new with it!

Completely concur. I wear it out.

The man left his mark on the world. (At least on mine.) That's about all any of us can ask for.

Excellent artist. But this is a collab with a DJ. For some INSANE Dobro guitar work and blues from him, explore his Living with the Law album. Every track amazing. Dave Mathews a big fan of Chris and later signed him to his indie label.

Definitely what's missing on RP.....need more Chris Whitley! This tune is not his best for sure, but an awesome musician who deserves more airplay here for sure. May he R.I.P.

Highly recommend that you go to his website and donate via PayPal to his Daughter's trust fund. They are not hurting, but every little bit helps. This is not charity .. just a helping hand to another fine musician!

I don't get this music: Indecipherable lyrics, loose and sloppy playing, and unexplainable background noise. An original, perhaps, and RIP, Chris Whitley. Perhaps someday I will understand you better. 3 = Ho Hum.

Oh, rats, didn't know he had passed. This was one of the first songs I noticed on RP way back when I first started listening to internet radio - helped convince me that this was the place to hang out.
