Just look at the derogatory remarks written in the song comment threads of her songs here, and you can see that her music is "not for everyone". |

Oh, gosh, the list of excellent bands who never quite made it - XTC comes to mind - is long and sad. Orton was one of the artists I first heard on RP and probably would have never heard her work otherwise, one of the reasons I switched my radio support from NPR to RP. |
