Toronto does not get that much snow, it on the wrong side of the lake, Buffalo on the other hand gets oodles.

That said, I remember hearing the Specials like it was yesterday back at Uni in Waterloo (near toronto, FWIW) and I love it as much now as I did the first time I heard it.
