milipili Aug 11, 2012 - 09:57 | I like this song. I like other Interpol songs more though... even if they seem (seemed?) to take themselves a little too seriously :) |
shakitten Nov 21, 2005 - 18:00 | Wow...this is, like, awful...

Can anybody say me what means that fisrt line, please...my english is so poor... |
snurfer Oct 23, 2005 - 12:23 | Joy Division from New York with some fresh style of music...Antics are similar as their first album. nothing new.sorry boys. |
grumblecat Sep 09, 2005 - 08:17 | I have to say that my friends comment sort of speaks to how I feel about Interpol. After we saw them perform at the Curiosa tour I asked what she thought and her response was "I liked that song they played" and really that is how I feel, they have a good sound but every song sort of suffers from sounding the same somehow. I like them, just need to hear them one song at a time or I start to become pretty bored. |
ChardRemains Sep 09, 2005 - 08:14 | Well for commercially popular stuff, it's fairly palatable. I've got Turn on the Bright Lights and I like it okay.
Someone said it correctly though -- don't listen too hard to the lyrics. What lyrics? They're just phrases. |
marie_pain Sep 09, 2005 - 08:14 | I like Interpol a lot.
Last Monday they played at 3rd floor of Mexico's WTC. They were supposed to have 2 dates but, second concert was cancelled due to security... During the first concert people were so exited and happy that they began jumping |
Thea Sep 09, 2005 - 08:13 | Catchy & boppy. Wakes me up! |
pvcnote Sep 09, 2005 - 08:13 | Another Coldplay...Please Stop it! |
Mark1970 Sep 09, 2005 - 08:12 | The first line of this song is so incredibly stupid and annoying that I can't take the rest of the song seriously.

Mangoman Sep 03, 2005 - 20:44 | What a snooze. Jim Morrison without the ego, without the evil, without the pretend-"poetry."
Oh-- And without the outstanding band. |

I like the song, but I've already heard it many times on RP. but with a three-note range |

i can see it, the singing style is similar, not nearly the sould though |
ted_knight85 Aug 25, 2005 - 11:43 | Top notch. One of the best young bands out there. |
sarahw Aug 10, 2005 - 15:11 | Does anyone else think this sounds like a b-side from the Tragically Hip? |
Roverfish Jul 26, 2005 - 19:35 | :? Straining the limits of mediocrity. Straining for a 3. |

This is certainly no more experimental than Joy Division, The Clash, hell, The Dead Milkmen. I could add Pink Floyd to the list. Over the hill... biatch. No need to get your depends in a wad. |
ca1vinandhobbes Jul 21, 2005 - 08:30 | Sounds like Jim Morrison to me...
I like the song, but I've already heard it many times on RP. |

This band sucks, and it is only a media darling because there is nothing better out there to sell these days. Period. Not going to defend the new album, but you should check out Turn on the Bright Lights. Either that or get your ears checked. |
