I think I like the IDEA of Bono, but not so much in action... it's not so much the music (I think I have Joshua Tree somewhere), it's just everything else. Did anyone see that South Park? {#Roflol} Also, I couldn't help looking for Physicsgenius's comment on this U2 song, they make my day.

What's great about all this faceless online puffery, is that it's even MORE useless than run-of-the-mill flame wars. In the end it's obvious that Bill likes U2 and will continue to play them no matter how loud you jackasses howl or how many times you childishly attempt to manipulate the song ratings.

Keep typing numbnutses and I'll keep enjoying one of the greatest bands in rock history.

When was there ever much right with U2? talk about over rated hype, cliche and obscure self-important references.

I might have even listened to this if "The Edge" would ever master even a slightly different guitar riff than he has played over and over for the last 15 years. Same style, same chord progressions, same effects...yawn.

Oh, and many of us would also be grateful if Bobo would lose those goofy shades.

Did somebody already say "pretentiousness". I think so.
"Bobo"!....LoL It suits him!

On mute now, first time ever on RP for me.

This song is a minus 1.

Bill should play Mercy, which has sat on the play list, unplayed, for years. And that's easily the best track they've done in years. It's 6 or 7 minutes of bliss.
