It is too bad that Allende and the Popular Front pushed through such a radical agenda with roughly 30% of the popular vote.

But then Neo-Marxists were never overly respectful of democracy and fellow citizens who did not agree with them.

Incidentally, I find a lot of similarities between the Neo-Marxist populist arrogance and the populism of rank and file members of the Republican party. Just sayin'.

You know, King Julian XIII, the lemur king in the Madagascar movies. Not as murderous as the others on the list but just as egocentric.

At first I was going to destroy Stingray...then I realized A) Sarcasm exists and 2) rdo's comment referenced one of the top band names of all time! (yes my numbering system is purposeful)

Most of my family made it out of Cuba after Fidel's croanies took possession of all their property and rights. Many cubans have lived a broken and half life after their homes and families were ripped apart - including my own mother's. My uncle Manuelo was anti-Batista and a lawyer that represented the revolucion and Fidel. However, once he saw what Fidel was up to he started working politically against his authoritarian regime. Fidel thanked him by throwing him in prison for ~20 years. He made out when Fidel emptied the prisons in 1980 (which besides political prisoners sent a wonderful lot of rapists and murders to Miami).

Ergo, you are an idiot or at best extremely ignorant and don't know what you are talking about. Why don't you keep your politics out of an otherwise awesome forum. I suggest all of those that truly believe in these ideals move to Venezuala, North Korea or any other suppressed society and then get back to me on how awesome your life is. Oh wait, you won't have internet access or the ability to think and express free thoughts, so.... nevermind.

Yep. Che loved his executions so much he had a window installed so he could enjoy the views. Also I was told he clubbed a 14 yr old to death himself for the crime if having parents who own some kind of store or line of stores. Known several folks who escaped tyranny in various places (one Soviet, two Vietnamese, and a couple of Cubans. I also have family who live in the Czech Rep. None died but it was a close thing I'm told). They really are let down by the buffoons who lionize the scum.

Ironically those who seem most supportive of these foul scums are also the first to be "cleansed" when the thugs look to solidify their power.

It's odd: while I enjoy the tunes on this album, something about that cover bugs me - the image itself is cool - (as are the typefaces), but its execution is a little too sterile and computer-generated-looking to me. Maybe it started out as a drawing, but it's lost something. Well, just my opinion. Good tune.

He's referring to Julian Assange. I would also add a "Viva' and in freedom for Bradley Manning.
