Dave, Dave, Dave. WTF!?!?! This cut is hideous. Lyrics so saccharine they'd gag a maggot.

Yes, this his not his best work to be sure. And I can understand why some find his voice unpleasant. However, listen to Under the Table and Dreaming and Crash. Both are excellent albums from start to finish. I can't stand the voices of Adele & Grateful Dead and not I'm not too crazy about Mumford & Sons. Remember that artist are after all just people, not gods. They have good days and not so good days. Appreciate the good days.

I dunno, it's kinda the Mummford Syndrome. For some reason I feel like I should like Dave Matthews. I've tried, and I just can't. There's just something mushy about it, like static. Sorry fans. On the bright side his band at it's worst is a solid couple of notches above them Mummfords.

Now that simile conjures some unpleasant imagery.

Sorry.

..tend to agree..my theory is that his vocalizations are so much the same song-to-song..

..that said, this one has a difference to it, & me sorta likey..

At least he didn't write/sing "Laying in the Hands of God." That's about the best thing I can say about this song.

They are both great artists that front awesome bands. Not sure what prompted such a violent outburst from you. Rough childhood?

What happened, Dave? The musicians are so under-used. Songs used to be fun.

I usually don't like the works of the Dave Matthews Band - but I really like this tune.

Why are so many people so negative about this band? The musicians are good, especially live. Is it some American alternative scene thing to hate Dave Matthews because he has mainstream success? Anyway, don't get it.

Just listen to this piece of spineless meandering drivel. Where the hell is it going?

It is a miserable song with no redeeming qualities. All DMB songs aren't this insufferable, but this one is nauseating.

Count me in your "camp"
