Love this song. Anybody know if their other stuff is as good, or if this is their one hitand then fade to black?

Wow almost 30 years ago when this song came out!

I saw them at a bar in Santa Monica - that couldn't have held 75 people - but everybody was dancing like crazy to this song!

Some friend gave me a mixed cassette tape and I loved this song but could never figure it out. It seems to be best played at volume 10 only. Rock on RP!

Now let's see, as I recall this band splintered out of the Motels. I had the vinyl back in the day and it's great to hear this cut again.

This reminds me of some cheesy 80's movie's ending credits song.

I could've sworn you were right. This song is so quintessentially 80's it had to have been used in an 80's movie.

Close, but no cigar. This song wasn't used in a cheesy 80's movie, but another one of their songs was. From Wikipedia:

The group is best known for its MTV hit "Belly of the Whale", and for covering the Jonathan Richman song " Pablo Picasso ", which was included in both the 1984 film and soundtrack of director Alex Cox 's Repo Man starring Harry Dean Stanton and Emilio Estevez .
