I had forgotten about this song, and William Orbit in general. Awesome blast from the past!

Reminds me of the great old 'Steam days'' when railway engines were coal fired , I hear the hissing of the steam , the rush through the tunnel even the whistle , wonderful memories of great days .. Well dione Wills but obviously not written as such but art is in the eye/ear of the beholder.

Impressive.I didn't expect this at all, but as soon as I heard it I could tell it was from another lifetime of mine.
I love this era in electronica.

How interesting. I was listening to this thinking how I liked the song OK, and then a woman's voice came on that ruined it for me. On checking the song info, I saw it was Beth Orton's voice. Which I have always disliked intensely. At least I'm consistent....

Orbit was way ahead of the curve. All the Strange Cargo's are good listening.

Ahhhhh..... thanks for playing. Still love this song! Today this song brought a vision of Maxfield Parrish's " Daybreak " to my mind.

Brilliant.

Have this turned up waaay too loud on a pair of AudioEngine A5's with an 8" Dayton sub mixed with Dolby Digital Home v4.

Quite pleasing.

I miss my little (now repaired but not back in operation yet) tube amp, but my AudioEngine A5's are doing a fine job of this, too!

Fantastic, particularly for 1993. Pre-Internet for most of us. William Orbit was quite a pioneer in this style.

Yawn. I appreciate the artistry, but it does nothing for me. it makes me feel like I am in my dentist's waiting room.
