I have always liked these guys. I always got the feeling they really did not take themselves seriously and where having fun.

Terrific seg. from the Black Keys "Sister".

That is what having a real human programing the songs is all about.

Born in '65, listening to this in the midst of yet another intoxicating crush on a cutie girl. I thought this was music at its finest. Now? Not too bad..

Hell yeah! This band's break-out was maybe early or mid-70s...I heard Little Willy, first, I think, their smash hit on the radio in '74 or so...and Man From Mecca was the rocking flip-side of it on one of the first discs I went out and bought, as a kid...and then later, when the record Desolation Boulevard came out, fell in love with the jammers on that one, and this Best Of collection, too, in '78, as weed got way into the heads of all of us up and down the street — every day after High School got out, we slapped it on the turntable, turned up the sound, toked up the bong till the room reeked, and prayed we'd have time to air out and lay down a fog of Lysol by the time whomever's mom or dad got home...sure seemed like there was nothing better at the time!

Saw the Quo many times at Hammersmith. Riding motorbike back after one of their concerts, I finally could actually hear the bike motor over the ringing in my ears around about reaching Staples Corner!

Well, minus the O(rchestra), but the style's similar, I agree. Sweet were camper than a Millett's showroom and I usually couldn't bear them back in the day but they did come out with the occasional rockin' number, of which this is one. 8 from the Nottingham jury.

Wow. This is SO ELO.

Besides that, I just like saying 'This is Sweet!'. :-)

This isn't ELO? I've been wrong for 34 years?

Sweet is the first band i'd ever liked. Nice to hear them on my favourite radio station. {#Sunny} But they'd recorded so many great rock songs - mostly underrated, not only here on RP. I think, the british "Chinnichap" producer team gave them a glitter rock image that avoided greater success. Listen to their first four studio albums - great music.
