Someone should upload it. I wonder if any bands like Shadowy Men or Man of the Atom have covered it? Seems like a natural for either band. Jack Lord turned down the part of Captain Kirk in Star Trek to play Hawaii 00000. Curious and curiouser. |

james_of_tucson Jan 06, 2010 - 10:47 | My only gripe about Calexico is that they achieved international notariety so fast, we didn't have very long at all to enjoy them as a local act in Tucson. Bravo, boys, but It really was kind of frustrating. There was a brief period when one could see a glimmer of hope that Tucson could develop a music scene, and *poof* it ended. |
kmh Jan 06, 2010 - 10:45 | They play this song too much...... |
spaceman Sep 02, 2009 - 15:39 | God, I really love this band. Saw them live a few times now - they must be touring all the time, or they wouldn't be in Austria (of all paces) every year or two - and they're just all-around good. Great rapport with the audience, great music, and none of the rockstar attitude. If I were in a band, this is how I'd like to perform. They're officially on my "hero" list ;-) |

bindi May 30, 2009 - 14:03 | Their new album is getting some great reviews, and I agree it is amazing - but for me, Feast of Wire is their very best. |
