REALLY?! Boys. Be thankful it's not NIN's Closer to God! |

I recommend Hollywood Town Hall, Tomorrow the Green Grass, Smile, Sound of Lies, and Rainy Day Music . |
| Some of the best harmonies in rock. |
| Chills. This is going onto the wedding playlist. Wow. |

| I already loved this song when I saw Gary Louris and Mark Olson in a small club in Sydney earlier this year. I was standing 4 feet from Louris at the merch table after the show when he spontaneously started singing it accapella as a request for a couple who were about to get married. It was one of the most magical music moments I've ever been lucky enough to witness. |
| This is a great love song for sure. |

The tricky bit about doing any "sentimental" art, is doing it right, without becoming overly mushy/tacky/cheesy/corny/tasteless, if you know what I mean. I think we agree, the Jayhawks have done it quite well here.. (Oh, and thanks for adding "dadgummit" to my vocabulary ) |
| Reminded me more of the New Riders of the Purple Sage, or Pure Prairie League. Liked it. Alot. |

Granted, she knows all the lyrics, and we've been singing the damned album together since it came out, but still. Y'all can slam Gary Louris all you want, and maybe "All The Right Reasons" is too sentimental by half, but, dadgummit, there's something right about that album. Stepping down carefully from soap box. Sorry for the rant. Exiting sheepishly stage right... Well put. |
