ABanana224 Jun 22, 2004 - 06:39 | Makes me think of the oddball sorts of things played on Dr. Demento. |
svensktokan Jun 22, 2004 - 06:36 | Oh God, what is wrong today? First a whining Tim Buckley who was VERY hard to take and now this - what IS this? Horrible, yes! |
sergeant_x Jun 09, 2004 - 01:17 | This is cool. It has a strong "Adam and the Ants" vibe to it.

Red_Dragon May 26, 2004 - 19:44 | hmmmm...methinks this nonsense calls for a smiley with an AK |
IListenToTheWind May 26, 2004 - 19:40 | make it stop! |

You can shoot me. |
rgrace May 13, 2004 - 14:51 | Off with the volume until this garbage is over.... |
masterhead May 13, 2004 - 14:51 | Thay used to play this song at all the Communist Party parties in Moscow...Imagine this with Vodka...Mamushka!!!! |
michaelc May 13, 2004 - 14:50 | This sucks too , sounds like the muppets on crak |
Pyro May 13, 2004 - 14:49 | The vocal reminds me of Timmy in SouthPark......TIIMMMAAAY!!!! |
cataloger May 13, 2004 - 14:49 | Oh, I didn't know they had muppet music on this station. |
Art_Carnage Feb 02, 2004 - 15:43 | Unpleasant. |
stripes Feb 02, 2004 - 15:41 | Sounds like a bad Queen song sent through a gibberish machine. |
shayde Dec 23, 2003 - 09:59 | Gotta agree with some other folks. It was an interesting diversion at the begining, but it got old pretty fast. I'll give an "Eh". Bad beat, and dancing to it is boring. |
RichardPrins Dec 13, 2003 - 02:47 | Cool song... Sounds pretty absurd. While googling for a lyrics translation all I found was:
"The third album (Haru-Mamburu) was recorded in 1992 and released early in 1994. It contained the smash hit "HaruMamburu". Lyrics are partially in English , partially in some non-existent language ("Haru-Mamburu" doesn't mean anything in Russian)." |
alanb Dec 02, 2003 - 20:53 | What a totally wacky, exotic song! It's great, since World Music tends to very Serious and Conscious Of Our Contribution To Humanity.
Is that a bear in a tutu?!? Oh jeez, here comes that little guy with the scythe-looking thing again, duck! |
Spacemanbiff Dec 02, 2003 - 19:44 | Have to say, the comments were good for this one. It is a strange song for the most part, but what the hell makes you laugh so why not. I won't be running around listening to it all the time. Good to be exposed to stuff you can't find on the FM dial. |
10th_rock Dec 02, 2003 - 19:43 | An escapee from the Dr. Demento vault of really odd songs..Give Bill/Rebecca a round of applause for their daring
|
rgj13 Dec 02, 2003 - 19:42 | Hearing this, I feel like I've stumbled into a Russian folk cinematic adaptation of a lost Fellini script. Some decent vodka and I'd hang here for a bit. Hey, check out that bear wearing a tutu! That midget should watch it with that scythe-looking thing. Pour another one, same as the other one. |
trup Nov 01, 2003 - 21:44 | This is the first American radio a heard to air a Russian band. You may hate this song, folks, but I tell you, this was a hit in Russia half a decade ago. And I so f.... LOVE it !!! Nostalgia, what can ya do bout it? nothin
