I think the jump from 7 (Quite Likable) to 8 (Most Excellent) is too big.
Therefore I'm giving this a 7.5 (or Very Good in my books)

Love this song so much! I always found it funny that this second album was considered a disappointment after their first one. I always thought this record was far superior to that first one. This song is one of the most underrated and impressive moments of the 90s. An alltime favorite!
