I find that quite often...I assumed that it was an early sign of of my memory failing.
As for the different ratings, for me its very much down to what I'm in the mood for at the time. Today this is a solid 7 for me.

Yes it is simple, and yet complex at the same time. Gives me goosebumps too — 10

Do you even have a bloody clue what Moby does?

this tune was in the air by the times a nice girl said she doesn't want to be with me {#Sad}
since then, every time I hear this song, I remember her...

then comes Bill with "The Thrill Is Gone" from BB King, helping me to let her go...

thanks Bill
you really know how to make a playlist

And where are we today, musically? I am sure I speak for everyone when I say we're dying to know. Moby has many talents, singing is not one of them. When he collaborates with female vocalists, he's in his element completely. It doesn't get play here, but his CD Everything is Wrong has a few of the best examples of this. He should return to that, even if almost no one but me would consider it relevant.

Interesting perspective. I can think of a number of artists who contributed and had an impact and then, well, disappeared for one reason or another.

Great song, but although this is now quite old and a little overplayed, we forget Moby's Play album was not so much the singles. This was one of the few albums you could listen to all the way through (bit maudlin), that's a rare thing. Can't confirm this but I'm sure every song on the album had some use in commercials. Nice lil earner. Go Moby Go!!!
