reverber Dec 26, 2006 - 08:26	I saw the Lemonheads before they ever played this cover. A local band opened for them - The Moving Van Goghs (from Manhattan KS). The MVGs had a neat arrangement of an old Simon and Garfunkel song that they used to do as an encore. Mrs Robinson, I think. Evan Dando really liked the way they played it, I hear. Cody [ Reply ]

sutcliff Aug 31, 2006 - 08:59	I saw the lemonheads open for the smithereens. Then was another band followed them that I cannot remember. Evan was in the crowd at Popular Creek talking people for 10 mins. plus and then he jumped on stage to start the show. Very laid back and cool guy. [ Reply ]
