"Hey Johnny" and the crazy, manic guy singing scat (well, scat to me) lyrics in the background ... perfect soundtrack for a sunny day with tennis shoes striding along the waterfront. Even has a blurry hip-hop dude in a hoodie on the cover. Yep, this is cool.

I've always thought this was like a good spell of Meditation in a good space. Not long after it came out, I was in Mauritius hanging with some local Tamils, and played it from the iTunes on my Mac. I asked them what it meant. The eldest smiled and said, "It is about Life, my friend. Life. Goodness, badness, pain, joy and sadness...this is Life, as we must journey it..." I thought that was cool. I stayed there for a month of WOW...

Great story! Thanks for sharing.

Wow. Negativity abounds. Bumping from 8 to 9 just to spite the haters.

All we need is the cheesy , Bollywood-inspired video, and it's like I'm having dinner at my local Indian restaurant.

They show paneer videos at your local Indian restaurant?

Awesome, if you listen, not think of yourself and a massage it's like your India!

As long as it's not the music that you hear while you are getting your massage. Ruins the mood and all that rot.

This is a great example of why I listen to RP—-yes, this is a different song, but incredibly beautiful, and not the sort I'd normally listen to on commercial radio.
Because they dare to play this (often enough for me to get used to a different sound), my ears become wider. (okay, do what you must with that one.)

Never thought I'd end up understanding those "oh my god, mute this!" messages. But here I am, with a frown of disgust when the song starts, only to find I had already marked it as a 1.
No idea why, but I just... well... strongly dislike this piece.
