xkolibuul Jun 07, 2008 - 01:17 | I could do for never hearing from REM haters ever again. |
lazybean Apr 06, 2008 - 10:09 | I'm really liking Accelerate. I think it's their most cohesive album since Bill Berry left.
It would be great to hear some other songs from the album... Until the Day is Done, Hollow Man... |
MrKite Apr 05, 2008 - 05:13 | It's taking RP a long time to play anything else off Accelerate! This is probably the weakest track on it. |
lixy Mar 30, 2008 - 22:31 | Not their best work, but could be worse. I'm torn between a 6 and a 7. |
MsFine Mar 30, 2008 - 22:30 | Yuk! |

Indeed. What the hell just happened to REM? Edit: When you hear it with the entire album, it works somehow. Hmmm... |
andrewimft Mar 29, 2008 - 01:46 | I like it better than recent ones of theirs. Do they have another permanent or session drummer? It sure sounds like it this time.
That drum machine just did not work with their tunes once their drummer left, I think it killed their sound and whole dynamic. |
rachlan Mar 26, 2008 - 15:25 | I didn't really hear it. oh well. Next time. |

This, however, is pretty good! Shiny Happy People was 17 years ago? Oh crap... |

I completely concur with your assessment and hope this isn't the high-water mark of the new effort. |

-relayer- Mar 20, 2008 - 08:30 | Seriously, enough already.
|
ddog Mar 20, 2008 - 08:30 | Nice |
raulman1 Mar 05, 2008 - 13:33 | I've been an REM fan for years, but this song just doesn't cut it for me. I've been hearing in on commercial FM radio for several weeks now, and try as I might, just can't get into it. I've rated it a 3 -- and consider that generous.
Reminds me of "Bad Day" & "Animal" (the 2 "new" tracks from "In Time: The Best of R.E.M. 1988-2003." I'm hoping for some more melodic tracks when the new album is released. (I wish there was an emoticon that was scratching its head in bewilderment.) |

MonkeyPod Mar 05, 2008 - 12:38 | Sweet! More REM to delight all the fans.
|
bokey Mar 05, 2008 - 12:36 | Just awful. |
earthbased Mar 04, 2008 - 14:16 | I like it. An initial 7 on the scoreboard.

Alexandra Mar 04, 2008 - 14:16 | I LOVE IT!!!!! So happy it finally made it to RP...can't wait for the CD... |
